Originating from the Japanese Wabi Sabi philosophy, it pays tribute to the traces of time and the imperfections of nature. Each lamp is hand molded by a ceramic artist, preserving the natural texture and subtle bumps of the soil. The glaze is intentionally fired unevenly. The light gently spreads through the gaps in the coarse pottery, casting mottled light and shadow on the wall, as if crushing the afterglow of the setting sun and sprinkling it into the room.
